Replacement Procedure: |

Step one: Customer send us the photo of defective merchandise. |

Step two: Ordinarily check by our technology worker. |
| |
Step three: Two options by us. First one: send replacement together with new order for the customer without defective merchandise back to us; Second choice: Customer will be requested to send back the complele merchandise back to us for further inspect and replacement. (Right now we have achieved GF34 ballast 100% replaced to customers based on the photo which show us clear manufacture code and wire cutting) |
